1. Multiple Fulfilment Partners
To offer you a wide selection of unique wellness products, some items are shipped directly by our trusted fulfilment partners while others are dispatched from our own warehouse.
This means your order may arrive in multiple parcels depending on product availability and fulfilment location.
This allows us to minimise delays and ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible. You will receive separate tracking updates for each parcel.
2. Shipping Methods
We currently offer:

Express Shipping: Available for faster delivery at an additional cost (where applicable).
3. Shipping & Handling Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order's total weight, size, and delivery address.
Please note that these charges include shipping, packaging, and handling costs — not just postage. This covers the safe packaging of your order, preparation time, and logistics involved to ensure your products arrive safely and in excellent condition.
The total shipping & handling fee will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
4. Delivery Times
For UK Domestic Orders:

Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to circumstances outside our control.
5. International Shipping
We ship internationally to most countries.
Please be aware that additional customs duties, import taxes, or local delivery charges may apply upon arrival in your country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
7. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). You can use these to monitor each parcel’s journey to your doorstep.
8. Shipping Delays
We always strive to meet estimated delivery windows. Occasionally, delays can occur due to weather, customs processing, or courier issues. We appreciate your understanding should such events occur.
9. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us immediately at info@cu-29company.com. We will work directly with the carrier to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
10. Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. While we’ll do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee changes once your order is in processing.
